Cookery Lessons and Demonstrations

Ian can now share some of his knowledge and secrets of the kitchen by providing tailor made cookery lessons and demonstrations in the comfort of your own home. Do you slave over cookery books that never give enough information, or struggle to replicate favourite dishes that you have eaten in a restaurant, or simply just need a bit of confidence and a helping hand in the right direction? Why not make it a fun event and invite a few friends over, talk to Ian about what you would like to cook or learn more about and leave the rest to him. Lessons in sauce making, desserts( including souffles!), butchery, fish preparation, cooking methods and pasta making are just a few of the topics covered. After the lesson is finished, you get to eat/ keep all you have prepared! Or why not book a demonstration by Ian, then enjoy all his hard work as you and your friends sit down to lunch afterwards? Ian can also come to your workplace, event or social gathering and give talks on cookery, practical demonstrations and share his knowledge and skills with you and your guests.
