Chef-Run Catering Company is an independent catering company run by  accomplished chef Ian Samson. Since his early days at Gleneagles , Ian has been Head Chef in various prestigious properties including Cliveden in Buckinghamshire, the Lygon Arms in the Cotswolds and Woodhall Hotel in Wetherby.

Ian's cuisine has also been showcased in 3 cookery books: The first 2 editions of "Chefs of Distinction" and " A Taste of The North East". His menus and food have also featured in the catering industry magazine "Caterer and Hotelkeeper" .      

Ian is delighted to now be able to bring his culinary skills and 22 years of experience to your home, office or private function . He can provide freshly prepared food for all occasions ranging from simple sandwiches,  working lunch buffets, childrens parties, christenings, weddings, barbeques  through to gourmet dinners in the privacy of your own home.

We specialise in offering businesses a total all day catering service from the first tea and coffee (with homemade biscuits!) in the morning, right through to the last break in the afternoon. These meetings can be enhanced with fresh danish pastries, hot bacon sandwiches, fresh homemade cakes and scones, whatever takes your fancy! Please ask Ian for more details
